By using the XVPN application and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. XVPN may modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the application is owned or licensed by XVPN and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use automated means to access the application or attempt unauthorized access to connected systems. You agree not to use the application to violate any laws or infringe any rights. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Additional terms may apply to purchases. Subscription cancellation and refund details are provided during the purchase process. In the event of conflict, purchase-specific terms take precedence.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs your use of the application and is incorporated by reference into these terms.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. XVPN does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, XVPN's total liability shall not exceed USD 5.00.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify XVPN and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the application or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access. To delete your data or terminate your account, contact info@xvpn.co.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London.
